What You Will Do

• Lead multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax preparation, research, planning and consulting services for a variety of clients
• Perform research and tax analysis and document findings and conclusions
• Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
• Supervise, delegate, and develop tax team
• Provide exceptional client service and develop trusted client relationships
• Generate new business and cross-selling leads with existing clients

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other recognized business credential required
• CPA licensure required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx Engagement, and QuickBooks

• Employment types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
