Part-Time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of our wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs, addressing inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggesting optimal solutions. You will be vital in resolving any customer issues swiftly and ensuring complete satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's high quality and visual standards.

Your primary workplace will be Store #2743, located at: 19 N. Federal Hwy., Dania Beach 33004.

The role involves dealing directly with customers and handling cash, payments, and inventory, which may require undergoing a review of criminal history to ensure the safety and security of our business and clients.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and suggesting appropriate products and services
• Establish trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately in line with company policies
• Aim to meet sales goals regularly
• Maintain organized work order files and product formulas
• Tint and mix products as required
• Stock shelves and arrange displays
• Clean and maintain store equipment
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Keep assigned areas presented and in-stock

• Follow inventory control procedures
• Propose strategies to enhance sales

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Legally authorized to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work various scheduled hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
