Position Details:
Location: On-site in Riverview or Tampa, FL
Hourly Base Pay: $15.61 per hour plus a $750 new hire bonus and potential bonuses of up to $2,200!
Schedule: Limited Full-Time schedules available; discuss your preferred hours with the recruiter. Evening shifts are especially valued, offering a 10% shift differential for hours worked from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Handle routine inquiries and resolve customer issues through various channels including phone, email, and web chat.
- Utilize our tracking system for efficient communication and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with obtaining vital healthcare services.
- Stay informed on client regulations and policies.
- Provide feedback on service trends and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English; excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate within a team.
- Must attend and complete internal training programs, including certification for Medicare processes.
- Attendance at the on-site location is mandatory for effective teamwork and communication.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
