Work You'll Do
- Build robust, scalable applications that integrate with Palantir Foundry, leveraging modern frameworks such as TypeScript, React, Angular, and other relevant technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance data-driven decision making.
- Develop custom modules, user interfaces, and data visualizations that extend Palantir Foundry's capabilities, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and cloud-native development to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives for government and public sector clients, helping them leverage data and technology to achieve mission outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance data and AI capabilities, and ensure effective scaling of solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in custom application development using TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar front-end technologies.
- 1+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry, including application integration and extension.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience with pipeline and application development within Palantir Foundry.
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
- Experience with additional development technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, REST APIs) and cloud platforms.
- Strong track record of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Creativity and innovation desire to learn and apply new technologies, products, and libraries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
