Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator)
Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
- Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products
- Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests
- Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
- Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks
- Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds
- Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
- Support change implementation by identifying ways to improve workflow and offer recommendations and support for the team
- Perform complex administrative, and operational support tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service, Implementation or equivalent
- Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
- Advanced organizational skills
Job Expectations:
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Chandler, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT, or Dallas, TX office approximately 3 days a week
