We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee personnel management and coordinate patient care activities for a defined area, ensuring safe, efficient, and therapeutic patient care. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate patient care activities according to established philosophy, objectives, and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to promote seamless patient care.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in evaluation, referral management, and admissions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the admissions process and department.
- Participate in nursing leadership meetings, performance improvement initiatives, and staff evaluations.
- Supervise a well-rounded nursing team with competencies related to CLIA waived processes and point-of-care medical procedures.
- Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a comprehensive skill set across age groups.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of recent, continuous experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager in a psychiatric setting. (Charge/Supervisor/Preceptor experience will not be considered.)
- Must have hands-on experience in managing nursing operations, specifically related to behavioral health.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including Child, Adolescent, Adult, Emerging Adult, and LGBT Psych.
- Willingness to float to different units and address the needs of all age groups.
- Willing and eligible to obtain relevant nursing licenses and certifications as required.

**Submission Requirements:**
- Up-to-date resume that lists psychiatric experience and specific age groups/populations.
- Complete psych skills checklist (within the last year).
- Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment.
- Certifications (CPI preferred; must be willing to obtain).
- Verification of driver’s license or address to evaluate proximity to the facility.
