Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital and start-up joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services. In addition to a general adult unit and dedicated adolescent unit, the facility offers services for treating those with co-occurring disorders on the psychiatric-medical unit, an intensive adult unit to care for those with severe conditions, as well as a women's trauma unit.

Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks: Schedule nursing unit staff. Determine and ensure appropriate unit staffing ratio. Adhere to nursing FTE standards and manage according to Hospital policy. Accurately communicate nurse managers/house supervisor regarding staff and acuity levels. Monitor and deliver information for infection control to employee health coordinator. Carry out clerical and administrative assignments to support department operation.

Qualifications What Does LBHH Require for this Role? High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. One year of nursing scheduling experience preferred.
