What You'll Do Every Day

• Manage caregiver schedules to ensure consistent coverage
• Be the go-to communicator between families and caregivers
• Support caregivers with clarity, empathy, and problem-solving
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Step in to support nearby Comfort Keepers offices when needed

What We're Looking For

We're serious about finding the right fit this time someone who sees this as more than just a job.

To succeed here, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Live within 1020 miles of Allentown
• Be available MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Have staffing or scheduling experience (preferred, but we'll train a dependable learner)
