Verovian Nursing Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner) to join a leading neonatal intensive care team in Philadelphia . This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced clinical care to neonates in a Level III or IV NICU setting, in collaboration with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team.
You will be instrumental in improving outcomes for critically ill newborns and providing guidance to families during some of their most challenging moments. A comprehensive relocation package is available for qualified candidates.

Job specification
- Provide direct clinical care to neonates in a high-acuity NICU setting under the supervision of neonatologists.
- Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of neonatal best practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage ventilator and non-ventilator respiratory support.
- Participate in rounds, consultations, and care coordination with nursing and medical staff.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or equivalent.
- BLS and NRP certifications required.
- Previous experience in a NICU setting strongly preferred
