Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team while managing their own book of business. This individual will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and overseeing 23 national accounts directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using ZoomInfo and other tools.
- Manage 23 national accounts with direct oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Utilize AI-driven industry software to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager (industry experience not required).
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo for lead generation and client research.
- Familiarity with AI tools and dynamic sales software.
- Strong integrity, work ethic, and leadership skills.
