Exciting Nephrology Opportunity at Deaconess Health System!
Deaconess Health System is a rapidly growing health care system with a large footprint throughout 51 counties in the tristate region of Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. We are actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Nephrologist in multiple locations including Jasper, IN, Evansville, IN, Henderson, KY and Marion, IL. Our health system promotes a culture of support, collaboration, and professional growth, making it an ideal setting for both new and experienced physicians.
Candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team in either a new startup or well-established practice, offering both inpatient and outpatient services. We have a shared EMR (Epic) among our hospital and ambulatory facilities. You'll be joining a diverse, highly reputable network of providers, ensuring a well-established referral base from both internal and external providers. As we grow to meet the increasing health care needs of our region, we have a strong focus on patient access and keeping care close to home which has promoted this expansion of our Nephrology services.
Compensation & Benefits:
$450,000 initial base salary + RVU & Quality Incentives
$50,000 Sign on bonus
$3,500 CME allowance
$15,000 Relocation allowance
