Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Paint Line Operator to join their team. As a Paint Line Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the metal finishing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: New Bern, NC

Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Paint metal materials to meet quality standards
• Hang painted materials on conveyor lines for processing
• Ensure proper handling and safety procedures are followed
• Monitor the painting process for consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
