Duties:

Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including case development, discovery, and trial preparation

Draft sophisticated memoranda, pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs

Conduct legal research and provide detailed case analyses

Manage discovery processes, including written discovery, depositions, and expert coordination

Engage with clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Participate in strategy development for litigation matters and contribute to case resolution efforts

Requirements:

4-8 years of hands-on experience in complex commercial litigation

Demonstrated experience in insurance litigation or matters involving insurance coverage disputes

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a litigation team

Strong case management and organizational capabilities

Experience handling direct communications with clients, adversaries, and courts

Prior courtroom and deposition exposure preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance

Certifications:

Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
