Salary: $235,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively represent clients in employment law litigation with a strong focus on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases.
• Provide tailored legal counsel and strategic advice to employers on various employment law issues.
• Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to develop legal strategies that support client goals and litigation needs.
• Engage in drafting legal documents, motions, and case filings to advance legal proceedings in favor of our clients.
• Participate in trials, hearings, and other critical legal proceedings, often taking a foreground role.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and changes in the law to provide insightful legal advice and risk assessment.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic records.
• Admission to the California Bar required.
• At least 2 years of experience in employment law litigation, specifically involving employer representation.
• Proven track record handling cases related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge.
• Exceptional skills in writing, drafting, and oral communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
