Trillium Construction is now hiring a Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a full-service design-build company working on-site at Naval Station Norfolk, VA.

As a Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent, you'll be a key part of the Field Operations team, responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and direction of all plumbing and mechanical construction activities. This includes managing assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetwhile supporting the company's mission, vision, and values.

This is a direct hire position with a competitive salary and benefits package. $90,000 $120,000 per year (based on experience). Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; courses in construction management or plumbing trade school preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plumbing/Mechanical Foreman on commercial or industrial projects with plumbing scopes of at least $400,000. At least 3 years of hands-on field experience with pressurized mechanical and plumbing systems preferred. Previous work on government, military, or large-scale commercial projects is a must - Experience in design-build environments is preferred. Basic computer skills (Outlook) requiredtraining available. Familiarity with BIM software is a plustraining available. CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, and STS certifications requiredtraining can be provided. Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check, including Department of Defense clearance for base access.
