Junior-Level Attorney - Mechanical

A law firm seeks a junior-level attorney with expertise in the mechanical arts to join their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation or inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Duties

• Engage in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
