This position is based in Granite City, IL , and offers the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals across our network.
What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical design and implementation projects, ensuring we meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design and specify mechanical systems with a focus on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Perform load calculations, airflow analyses, and other technical assessments.
• Ensure our designs meet all relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, NFPA, etc.).
• Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to our project teams.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design or design-build roles, especially in HVAC and piping systems.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• LEED Accreditation is a plus.
• Proficiency in HVAC design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP) and BMS systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A team player who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
