This Engineering position can be filled at the Entry, Mid-level, or Senior Engineer level. Please see minimum qualifications outlined below for each level.

Expected Salary Range:

• Entry-Level - $85,000
• Mid-Level - $90,000 - $110,000
• Senior Level - $117,000 - $143,000

Ranges are per year based on experience. Comprehensive benefits include bonuses and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

In this role, you will perform advanced engineering problem-solving in support of nuclear plant operations, acting as a technical resource and expert to fellow engineers. You will be responsible for making critical technical decisions, applying your deep knowledge of functional disciplines, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer specialized technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs.
• Consult as a subject matter expert, helping to identify and resolve equipment and system challenges.
• Lead engineering initiatives affecting site operations, ensuring safety and technical integrity.
• Execute engineering tasks assigned by management while applying established engineering principles.
• Ensure work accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, maintaining standards in preparations of plans and specifications.
• Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses supporting technical projects and programs.
• Propose innovations and enhancements for equipment and processes to boost performance, reduce costs, and comply with evolving codes and regulations.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required by management, including but not limited to emergency response and support for outage activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Entry Level E01 Engineer – New Graduate

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear)
• Meet minimum access requirements, including favorable medical evaluation as per position duties.

Mid-Level E02 Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Meet minimum access requirements, including favorable medical evaluation as per position duties.

Senior E03 Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Meet minimum access requirements, including favorable medical examination as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer Registration
• Advanced technical degree or relevant coursework.
