Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Stayton, OR

Pay Range: $23.74

Shift: 1

What's the Job?

• Load material for sawyers and other departments, including bead and track.
• Assist in putting away all boxes and materials such as bead, track, setups, SDL, patio boxes, etc.
• Help department leads and other material handlers as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Check the quality of vinyl and other materials to maintain standards.
• Maintain cleanliness by emptying dumpsters, recycling, and smashing garbage daily.

What's Needed?

• Must have a valid driver's license to operate forklifts and drive Hyster equipment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier loads.
• Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong organizational skills to keep work areas and inventory organized and clean.
• Willingness to unload and reload trucks, including vinyl, glass, and other materials as needed.
