Manufacturing Technician - Machine Operation

Now Hiring: Entry-Level Manufacturing Technicians 2nd & 3rd Shift

Shift Details

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Pay: $23.55
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Pay: $21.50
• Training: All new hires train on 1st shift (7:00 AM 4:00 PM) for 23 months. Shift differential begins after transition.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift long-term
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and interest in technical work
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others
• GED or High School Diploma required

Nice-to-Haves:

• Mechanical or manufacturing experience
• Vehicle maintenance experience
• Comfort working around high-heat materials and in a hot environment
• Experience in extrusion or molding environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.55/hr.
