Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Recruiter to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring of skilled professionals in manufacturing and field service roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational prowess, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities, aligning seamlessly with the organization's mission to build a diverse and innovative workforce.

Job Title: Manufacturing Recruiter

Location: San Jose, CA - onsite

Pay Range: $65-75/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, focusing on manufacturing, field services, and overhead support roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization.
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions, extending offers, and closing candidates efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience staffing manufacturing direct labor and overhead direct labor roles such as material handlers, assembly technicians, and welders.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for sourcing top talent.
• Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS platforms is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including international sourcing, is a plus.
