Production Associate

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team. This role requires heavy lifting and flexibility with start times, including overtime on Saturdays.

Shift: Monday-Friday // 2nd shift: 3:30pm-12pm

Pay: $20-$21/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prep products per specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet production goals and maintain punctual attendance.
• Operate manual and automated equipment.
• Perform basic math and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Pay close attention to detail and quality.
• Handle routine tasks with minimal variation.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in understanding written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ability to work overtime as required, even on short notice.
• Basic math and English skills.
• Effective communication with management regarding issues.
• Adherence to strict safety, food security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
