What We're Looking For:

• Strong work history and reliability
• Manufacturing or mechanical know-how (preferred, not required)
• A sharp mechanical mind and eagerness to learn
• Strength and stamina: lift 50 lbs., climb as needed
• Team spirit and solid communication
