Benefits You Can Count On:

• Pay Rate: First year Drivers can earn up to $85,000 annually.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on experience.
• Routes are primarily solo 2-day routes (1 night out).

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Unload and organize products in designated food-safe storage areas for customers.
• Ensure deliveries are made accurately and on time.
• Utilize a 2-wheel dolly and ramp for deliveries.
• Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Your Qualifications as a CDL-A Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's motor vehicle record and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English proficiently for job-related tasks is essential for workplace safety and compliance.
