Warehouse Forklift Reach Driver

Pay: $23/hr.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely move finished products, raw materials, and packaging components between production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Load/unload trailers, create accurate Bills of Lading, and follow SOPs for receiving, shipping, and verification.
• Inspect finished goods and incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and safety; assist with product returns and rework as needed.
• Perform daily cycle counts, maintain accurate receiving/shipping records, and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Operate and maintain forklifts and warehouse equipment; report defects and follow cleaning/maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies; support other warehouse/production tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience driving a reach truck.
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Previous forklift experience a plus; must pass forklift training.
• Strong organizational, communication (English), and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve basic math problems and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., repetitive bending/stretching, and sitting for extended periods on a forklift.
• Must follow all PPE policies.
