Logistics Material Handler

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Logistics Material Handler to join their team. As a Logistics Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting efficient product distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location: Centralia, IL

Pay Range: $19/hour while training on 1st shift 6AM - 2:30PM. After training, will move to 2nd shift 2PM - 10:30PM, pay $19.75/hour

What's the Job?

• Safely manage and ensure orderly distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory and delivering them.
• Move stock items from staging area and place them in proper bin locations.
• Count, weight, verify, and post quantities in the computer system.
• Work from picking tickets to select stock to fill customer orders.
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations while maintaining a neat and orderly work area.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to use material handling equipment as necessary.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (50+ lbs) and perform physical tasks effectively.
