Aerotek Is Hiring Multiple Cnc Machinist

Aerotek is hiring multiple CNC machinist for our client, a global leader in motion control and precision engineering, to join their Huntley team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals who thrive in a clean, modern, and collaborative manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes (Haas & Fanuc controls)
• Manufacture precision parts in short-run batches (up to 25 pieces per job)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Select and install cutting tools based on setup requirements
• Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Collaborate with Quality Inspectors and Engineers to resolve issues and improve processes
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in CNC setup and operation (mills and lathes)
• Strong troubleshooting and changeover skills
• Experience with G&M code editing and programming
• Familiarity with metric measurements and precision inspection tools
• Hands-on experience with Haas machines, Fanuc controls, and CAD/CAM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
