We're partnering with a leading manufacturer to hire an entry-level to experienced Blow Molding Operator for a direct hire, day shift role in Franklin Park, IL.

Pay range $24-$26/hr. DOE. Shift time is 7:00 AM 7:30 PM, Rotating Schedule.

Key Responsibilities for the Blow Molding Operator:

• Operate and maintain blow molding (Uniloy, Bekum) and injection molding machines
• Perform quality checks, troubleshoot processes, and conduct minor repairs
• Assist with equipment installation, mold/line changeovers, and process improvements
• Maintain production and quality reports Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company procedures
• Support cross-training and interdepartmental tasks

Blow Molding Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years in industrial processing or maintenance preferred
• Technical training in injection/blow molding a plus
• Basic mechanical, electrical, computer, and math skills
• Ability to read technical documents and follow instructions
• Must be forklift certified within 60 days
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
