• 7 am - 7 pm rounding shifts with some 3 pm - 1 am swing and 11 am - 7 pm admit shifts
• 17 patients per day on rounding shifts -- 10 admits per admit shift
• Open ICU setting with admissions required -- codes coverage
• Respiratory and anesthesia available for intubations -- ER backup
• Minimum 7 shifts per month required
• Expanding locum team with multiple positions
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
• One day orientation required prior to start
