WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a contract assignment at Prestigious Hospital in North Bergen NJ.  

Job Function:  

• Day Shift.
• 5x8: 7:30am - 4pm.

• Explain ultrasound procedures to patients, answer questions, and provide support throughout the process.

• Operate, program, and adjust ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images from all necessary angles.

• Evaluate and select images to present to physicians, assisting in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure equipment and procedure rooms are properly cleaned and sterilized.

•  

Job Requirements:  

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).

• 2 years of experience as an ultrasound technician in a hospital setting required.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

• ARRT certification preferred.
