QUICK INTERVIEW AND OFFER JOB:
3+ months contract job with Possible extension:
Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM and alternating weekends required.
- At least 2 year MRI Tech experience.
-NJ State MRI License required.
-AART (MRI) required.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum 2 year prior experience as a licensed MRI Tech required.
-Ability to professionally and effectively communicate information to patients required.
-Strong organizational skills required.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks required.
-Prepares and performs MRI procedures compliance with department standards with a minimum of 99% accuracy. Regularly updates knowledge of technologists’ regulations appropriate to the ages of Patients served.
-Schedule appropriate amount of time for each patient, regularly reviews the requisition received during the shift, and schedule properly throughout the shift.
-Prepares all opaque contrast media used in various examinations with an accuracy rate of 100%.
-Processes images within 30 minutes of the completion of the examination.
-Translates physician's orders involving technical-surgical procedures into appropriate radiographic procedures with a minimum accuracy rate of 99%.
-Maintains patient logs and equipment down time records.
