LHH is working with an Am Law 100 firm in San Francisco seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation associate to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile litigation matters in a collaborative, dynamic environment with direct exposure to business development and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation cases
• Collaborate with shareholders on case strategy
• Participate in business development and client relations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• J.D. and California Bar admission (or steps to admit)
