At Thriveworks, we're on a mission to transform mental health care, and we are looking for provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Connecticut Licensure as an LCSW. This role offers a dynamic mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in West Hartford, CT, and is eligible for a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours per week.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking provisionally licensed clinicians who are eager to make a difference. Ideal candidates will:

• Have full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits and 5 hours for administrative tasks including supervision).
• Be behavioral health generalists, open to serving couples and children with our support.
• Value autonomy while also enjoying teamwork.
• Demonstrate strong character traits such as integrity and a commitment to quality care.
• Reside within 45 minutes of our office location, with the ability to work in-office during the probationary period before moving to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
• Show flexibility in their work schedule.

Qualifications:

• Must be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided.
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as an LMSW.
• Graduate or post-graduate experience in counseling, treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Preferred experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision.

Compensation:
Earn up to $51,100 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
