Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Maryland Licensure as an LCSW-C to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role offers an exciting opportunity with a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians committed to 25+ hours of availability each week.

What We Value
We're looking for provisionally licensed clinicians in Maryland eager to make an impact and grow with us. We specifically seek:
- Commitment to full-time availability (30 hours/week – 25+ client visits and 5 hours for administrative tasks, including supervision).
- Flexibility to work with various demographics, including couples and children, with initial support.
- A blend of autonomy in practice and a desire to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- A strong commitment to integrity, openness, and high-quality care.
- Residing within a 45-minute commute of our Bethesda, MD office.
- Flexibility in your scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Must live and be pursuing licensure in Maryland.
- A graduate from an authorized 60-credit hour program.
- Must be recognized by the board as an LMSW.
- Experience in counseling settings addressing depression and anxiety is essential.
- Preferred experience in conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision per DSM-5 guidelines.
Compensation Overview:
Compensation can reach up to $56,000, dependent on licensure type, session volume, and performance bonuses.
