Commercial Leasing Coordinator

Location: Hollywood, CA (On-site)

Salary: $ 24- $27 per hour

LHH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Coordinator to support our clients property management team in Hollywood. This on-site position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in commercial real estate or property administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full leasing process for commercial properties, including lease preparation, renewals, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate lease records, tenant files, and critical dates using property management software.
• Serve as a liaison between tenants, property managers, and legal teams to ensure timely execution of lease agreements.
• Assist with marketing vacant spaces, scheduling property tours, and preparing leasing materials.
• Track and report on leasing activity, occupancy, and rent roll data.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate administration, or property management.
• Familiarity with lease documentation and commercial real estate terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio).
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting retail, office, or industrial leasing portfolios.
