Sales Coordinator

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department, working closely with dealers to process orders accurately and efficiently while serving as a product expert.

Pay: $21-$24.50/hour (Depending on experience.)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM (8-hour day with 30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities:

• Process and configure dealer orders in the ERP system, including features, options, and pricing
• Coordinate production readiness through "order card read" meetings with cross-functional teams
• Maintain product examples and provide demonstrations to dealers and customers
• Prepare reports to track sales trends and analyze order data
• Maintain accurate records and support marketing materials and website updates
• Conduct model home tours and product walkarounds as needed

Qualifications:

• Business degree or equivalent experience in sales administration
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
