Compensation: Our drivers earn an average of $105,000 per year based on mileage, number of stops, cube volume, and overnight stays.

• Transport products regionally from our Reno, NV distribution center to vendors across the western U.S., providing exceptional customer service by answering questions about products and estimated arrival times.

Are You a Good Fit?

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• A commitment to safety and a professional representation of Marvin.
• Over-the-road driving experience (preferred).

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with at least one year of driving experience; must be at least 21 years of age.
• Physical ability to load and unload windows and doors at each stop and pass a physical assessment.
• Comfort in using delivery verification scanners and handling product documentation.
• Able to inspect vehicles and ensure load accuracy while meeting DOT and Marvin safety standards.
