Join our innovative engineering firm as a Lead Structural Engineer where you play a crucial role in spearheading complex project deliveries, guiding design strategies, and upholding our commitment to excellence and innovation. This position includes leading a capable team of 5-10 members, directly engaging with clients, and impacting our projects through expert knowledge and leadership.
Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a design team, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.
- Manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Perform thorough analyses and design reviews to guarantee accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to capture project requirements and offer advanced solutions.
- Keep abreast of the newest construction techniques, materials, and regulations to implement best practices.
- Over 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail in design planning and execution.
- Adept at solving complex problems creatively.
- Exceptionally skilled in interpersonal and communication tasks.
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory environments.
- Ability to physically visit construction sites and client facilities as required.
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Extensive consulting experience in structural engineering.
- Experience leading mid to large size teams in project-based settings.
- Previous involvement in high-profile engineering projects.
- Advanced leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
