This role will empower you to make a significant impact across our operations by providing accurate and insightful data analysis.

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in software tools to create, edit, and analyze intricate reports, graphs, and presentations. You'll be expected to make informed decisions and take initiative, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. This role involves taking full ownership of projects and effectively coordinating all necessary resources to see them through to completion. You will be tasked with resolving complex, non-routine issues that may not have established solutions and doing so with minimal supervision.

This is a Hybrid role, requiring you to work in a client office during the week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance of one of the following locations:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various data systems to extract raw data from reporting systems and perform in-depth analyses of customer product flow. Consult with internal teams or external clients to present data-driven recommendations that align with business objectives.
• Source data from third-party market research resources, integrate it with internal data, and conduct trend analyses. Interpret findings and present actionable insights to business partners.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to define report specifications tailored to client needs.
• Manage ad hoc projects initiated by business partners or clients.
• Proactively create and deliver insightful presentations as required.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Business Analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
• Advanced critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and vlookup; Intermediate to advanced understanding of MS Access, including data import, query creation, and VBA programming
