Get to know the opportunity:

The Key Accounts Manager's primary role is to manage, support and retain plan sponsor relationship for Premier Level Plan Sponsors to include annual plan reviews, achieving sponsor objectives for education and service .

The contributions you'll make:

1. Leadership and Teamwork - Supervise Enrollment Team

2. Achieve Plan Sponsor objectives for enrollment, retention, education and ongoing service

3. Provide AD HOC reporting for Voya Management and assigned Plan Sponsor 4. Deliver Group Seminars and assist with enrollment efforts

5. Attend and support Finalist presentation for Re-bids

6. Address performance of team members

7. Provide creative solutions to address client needs Attend

8. Plan Review meetings as needed

Minimum knowledge and experience:

1. Strong verbal & interpersonal skills

2. Understanding of clients' objectives & ability to adapt to their culture

3. Experience servicing large institutional clients

4. Ability to timely meet expectations of management and client

5. Ability to manage a team and drive results for Education, Service and Enrollment

6. Ability to interact with client decision makers, administration, and employees

7. Proactive, Resourceful and innovative

8. Professional appearance

9. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10. FINRA Series SIE, 6, 63, and 65 or SIE, 7, 63 and 66

11. Good organization and time management skills

12. Attention to detail and ability to follow a process

13. Well-developed analytical/problem solving skills

14. Integrity, Trustworthy and ability to maintain Confidentiality

15. Skill Requirements: Microsoft Office Tools & Salesforce.com

16. Understanding of Retirement Industry and Voya's Value Proposition, Product and Services

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$103,810 - $129,760 USD
