This role is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a retail associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most suitable solutions. Your goal will be to resolve customer concerns swiftly and ensure maximum satisfaction, while staying informed about product features and maintaining high visual and quality standards throughout the store. You will play a vital part in delivering excellent customer service and achieving the store’s sales goals.
Location: Store # , 2909 NE Blakeley St, Seattle, WA 98105.
Compensation: This is a Part-Time position with a starting rate of $22.00/hr.
This position involves interaction with customers, including minors, and access to cash and merchandise. To ensure a safe environment for everyone, a review of criminal history will be conducted.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment.
- Bilingual ability is a plus, particularly in Spanish.
