Invoice Processing Representative
Our client, a dynamic organization in the finance and administrative support sector, is seeking an Invoice Processing Representative to join their team. As an Invoice Processing Representative, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting invoice management and payment processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Invoice Processing Rep
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay Range: $20.00/hr
Shift: 8am to 5pm
What's the Job?
- Reviewing invoices to compare with fee laws to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Processing invoices for payment in a timely manner
- Submitting invoices for payment and coordinating with the team to print checks and send out payments
- Processing payments that need to be made via credit card
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and payments
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Credential requirement: 100000
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and reliability
