What You'll Do:

• Act as the welcoming first point of contact for prospective students.
• Respond to inquiries about the high school diploma program via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
• Track and monitor all incoming questions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule intake interviews, orientation sessions, and assessment appointments.
• Lead orientation sessions to introduce students to program expectations, resources, and support services.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure a seamless intake and onboarding experience.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Experience working with students or in an educational, nonprofit, or community setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfort with technology, including email, scheduling tools, and basic data entry.
• A passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
