Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-established Insurance Defense firm is seeking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Irvine, looking to bring on a 5+ years' Associate Attorney/Senior Attorney with courtroom experience; interested in building their litigation focus and loves going to trial. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work, in a daily in-office role with flexibility (unlimited PTO). Areas of practice include General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings
• Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions, attend depositions
• Courtroom experience a plus
