Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Developer / Administrator to join our team. This role will support the development, maintenance, and administration of Oracle Hyperion applications with a strong focus on Essbase Analytics and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across the Hyperion suite and a proven track record in supporting planning cycles, financial reporting, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and support Hyperion applications including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EPMA, EAS, DRM , and Smart View
Configure and maintain Hyperion security , user roles, and access levels
Lead and perform Hyperion system administration tasks including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
Build and manage planning forms, business rules, task lists, calculation scripts , and reporting templates
Collaborate with finance, planning, and analytics teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
Work in an gile development environment , participating in sprints and daily stand-ups
Perform data integration and management using SQL, PL/SQL , and SSIS
Provide documentation, training, and technical support to end users

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong experience with Hyperion Essbase Analytics and Hyperion Planning
Proficient in Hyperion components: EPMA, EAS, DRM, Smart View, Financial Reports
Solid understanding of Hyperion security configuration
Hands-on experience in Hyperion system upgrades and administration
Skilled in SQL / PL-SQL and SSIS for data handling and system integration
Familiarity with gile way of working
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAS Analytics, Office Analytics, Enterprise Guide , or CPM solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , or a related field
Experience in system design and architecture is a plus
