HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, youll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
Department Oversight:
Collaborate with another HR BP to manage a total of 50 departments on campus. Youll be responsible for 25 departments, primarily overseeing any talent needs and HR needs.
Regularly collaborating with hiring managers for their talent needs/uploading job description to careers page, etc.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all 25 assigned departments. This involves receiving talent needs from hiring manager, capturing job descriptions from hiring managers, uploading job descriptions to careers page and collaborating with hiring managers. This will be about 80% of your daily tasks.
Recruitment system is in mid-implementation so flexibility with working with a front-end user system, Excel spreadsheets and physical paper is a must.
Effective Communication:
Act as a liaison between HR and the departments you oversee. Communicate important updates, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment.
Onboarding Excellence:
Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new hires. Ensure they have a clear understanding of company culture, policies, and their roles.
Comfortability with presenting an already created onboarding deck from NCF to new hires biweekly
In summary, as an HR Business Partner, youll be the bridge between HR and the various departments, contributing to talent needs as progress is occurring throughout the organization. Day-to-day tasks will be 80% recruiting and 20% HR BP tasks.

AA Degree but preferred Bachelors Degree
2+ years recruiting experience
1+ years HR experience
Communication and presenting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
SHRM Certified
Experience using an ERP system i. e., PeopleSoft, Ellucian Banner
