Responsibilities: We have an exciting position for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to ensure efficient daily operations and high levels of employee and resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee various facets of the human resources function, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, HRIS management, workers' compensation, and employee relations. By collaborating with employees at all levels, you will help to foster a knowledgeable and effective workforce.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with hospitality or senior living industry experience being a plus. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred.

* Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively;
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills to ensure timely task completion;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with strong attention to detail;
* Proficient oral and written communication skills, including public speaking;
* Competence in analyzing HR expenses;
* Solid understanding of federal and state laws and compliance requirements.
