About the Position:
- Location: On-site in Brownsville, TX
- Hourly Base Pay: $15.00/hr. with potential bonuses exceeding $2,900!
- Schedule: Flexible limited-service full-time schedules available
- Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Shift Differential: Enjoy a 10% increase for night shifts worked between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for routine inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers in filling out online applications for processing with healthcare plans.
- Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Complete call logs accurately and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work overtime and holidays as required.
- Must complete internal training programs to succeed in this role.
