As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in ensuring our retail and wholesale customers receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries about our diverse range of products, and providing tailored solutions. You will be instrumental in achieving superior customer satisfaction while actively contributing to the store's sales targets.
This position will require you to interact with customers, including minors, and handle various payment methods and store equipment. Therefore, we conduct a criminal history review to safeguard our customers, staff, and company reputation.
The successful candidate will work at Store # , located at: 2601 Sam Rayburn Hwy Melissa, TX 75454.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending suitable products.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain detailed work order files and ensure order accuracy.
- Manage inventory by pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Perform tinting and mixing of products to meet customer specifications.
- Keep store shelves stocked and set up visually appealing displays.
- Maintain cleanliness of store equipment and assist with deliveries as needed.
- Stay informed about product offerings and share this knowledge with customers.
- Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to boost sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
