About the Position:

• Location: On-site in Brownsville, TX
• Hourly Base Pay: $15.00/hr. with potential bonuses exceeding $2,900!
• Schedule: Flexible limited-service full-time schedules available
• Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Shift Differential: Enjoy a 10% increase for night shifts worked between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for routine inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers in filling out online applications for processing with healthcare plans.
• Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Complete call logs accurately and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work overtime and holidays as required.
• Must complete internal training programs to succeed in this role.
